What we are

Money Minded Media, LLC is an educational publisher of homeowner finance guides. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, insurance agency, tax preparer or financial adviser. We do not arrange, originate, broker or place financing or insurance, and we do not take loan applications.

The content on this website, including guides and calculators, is provided for general educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, lending or investment advice, and it does not take your individual circumstances into account.

Interest rates, loan programmes, tax treatment and insurance terms change frequently and vary by lender, insurer, jurisdiction and individual circumstance. The calculators produce simplified illustrations from the numbers you enter and are not quotes, offers or predictions of any outcome.
