Who operates this website

This website is operated by Money Minded Media, LLC ("Money Minded Media", "we", "us" or "our"), 1200 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1950, Miami, FL 33131. We publish educational guides on homeowner finance and operate a text message program for people who choose to join it. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with the website and that program.

Information we collect

When you sign up for text updates using the sign-up form, we collect:

• your first name
• your last name
• your mobile phone number
• your state
• your consent selection, meaning whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages

We also collect your email address and the contents of your message, if you write to us. If you reply to a text message, we receive the contents of your reply and the number it was sent from.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records certain technical information when your browser requests a page. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. Your browser also stores an essential setting in local storage, described in our Cookie Policy.

When you sign up for text updates, we record the details described in the consent records section of our TCPA & Messaging Policy, including the page address, your IP address and your browser's user agent, so that we can document your consent.

How we use information

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Information may be shared with service providers who support the delivery of our text messages and related support services, solely so that they can perform those services on our behalf.

When we disclose information

Retention

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes and are then deleted.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Pages are served over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before acting on it, and we may keep records we are legally required to retain, such as consent and opt-out records.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last-updated date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use mobile information will not be applied to information collected before the change without your consent.
