Consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is entirely optional and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The consent box on the sign-up form is never pre-selected, is never bundled with acceptance of our Terms & Conditions or any other agreement, and must be checked by you. The website is fully usable without consenting: every guide and calculator remains available whether or not you sign up.

What you authorize

By checking the consent box and submitting the sign-up form, you authorize Money Minded Media, LLC to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provided, which may be sent using automated technology. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and that you are of the age of majority in your state.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out you will receive a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you sign up again.

You can also withdraw consent by writing to [email protected] with the mobile number you would like removed.

Subscriber responsibilities

• Provide a mobile number that you own or are authorised to use.
• Opt out by replying STOP if you change or give up your mobile number, or if you no longer wish to receive messages.
• Keep in mind that message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

When you sign up, we keep a record of your consent. The record includes:

• the exact consent wording displayed beside the checkbox, reproduced below
• the date and time of your sign-up, recorded as an ISO 8601 timestamp
• the URL of the page on which you signed up
• your IP address
• your browser's user agent
• the first name, last name, mobile number and state you entered
